Welcome to the Quiltworx Box Program for 2026!
The Quiltworx Box Program was started in 2024 and was created with our customer's desires in mind! We polled those interested, and received amazing feedback, which helped us create a program that meets every level of quilters needs! If you are a beginner or experienced foundation paper piecer, there are projects for you here! We hope you will find the Quiltworx Box Club to be transparent, flexible in both products offered and payment, informative, fun, inspiring, and full of great products, promotions, and information to help you begin making heirloom quilts that you can truly be proud of! Please read below before signing up to understand how the program works! A detailed description of what is included in each Quarter's box is included on the individual products.
NEW FOR 2026!! We have had a few subscribers (particularly international subscribers who want to save on shipping) that want to participate in the workshops, but not receive the quarterly deliveries for the Large Box Program. If you would like to simply buy one of the offered Fabric Kits and Patterns, and receive everything in Quarter 1, click on the 2026 Large Box Fabric and Pattern Menu above! For the small box, you can order patterns on the Quiltworx Website and source your own fabrics.
1. Annual Sign-Up:
Our Box Program is a one-year commitment. If you joined us last year, you'll need to sign up again this year. Your subscription will not automatically renew. Join us for 2026, and be ready to sign up again in 2027!
2. Subscription Options:
Choose from two exciting tracks:
- Large Box: 4 quarterly deliveries of the Berry Bramble quilt (Feb, May, Aug, Nov). You can click on the large box program menu above to find a nicely organized list of options.
- Small Box: 4 different charming small projects delivered quarterly (Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec). Again, a Small Box Program drop down is available above to help you quickly find what you would like to order!
3. Colorways:
Pick from 4 colorways for each project. For the Large Box, make sure you order the same colorway each quarter!
4. Pattern-Only Option:
Prefer to use your own fabrics? You can order pattern-only boxes!
5. Payment Plans:
- Pay in full upfront, or
- Opt for a 25% deposit, with the balance paid on the 1st of each delivery month.
6. Partial Payments:
If choosing partial payment, it is best to order all your quarters now to reserve your colorway and size for each quarter (in case we run out). However, please place each Quarter into a separate order to avoid being billed for the full year upfront. 25% of each Quarter will be billed up front, the balance is paid automatically on the 1st of each delivery month.
7. Full Payment:
Paying in full? Feel free to put all your items in one order.
8. Special Offer:
Order something from every quarter (Large or Small Box) and receive a FREE 48-piece Quiltworx Strip Set!
9. Add-Ons:
We offer coordinating Rulers, Backing and 1/4 Yd Fabric Bundles (unless otherwise noted on cut size). Order more fabric in your Fabric Bundles by adjusting the quantity—your entire order will be cut as one piece!
10. Add-On Shipping Dates:
- Small Box: Ships with the coordinating box.
- Large Box: Fabric Bundles ship with Q1, Backing with Q3.
11. Large Box Quilt Sizes:
- Q1, Q2: 58" quilt
- Q1, Q2, Q3: 68" quilt
- Q4 Queen Option: 99" quilt
- Q4 King Option: 118" quilt

13. Update Your Info:
Before ordering, update your billing and address info in your account. Need to update after ordering? Email us at orders@quiltworx.com.
14. Box Details:
Read the individual product descriptions to learn about all the great extras included! Each box includes 3 months of Quiltster! Your Quiltster subscription info will be in your first box, with a coupon code to apply the correct number of months. If you buy subsequent boxes, you may want add your Quiltster coupon to your account again to make sure it picks up all your purchases!
