Thank you for Considering the Quiltworx Box Club! To provide subscribers with all the flexibility and options they have asked for over the last year as we’ve created this product, we would like to note the following. First, this is not an on-going subscription. It is a one year program and you will need to sign up again in October of 2025 for 2026 if you would like to participate next year!

Next, to provide all the flexibility in payment options and help Quiltworx efficiently order fabrics for this program, you have the option to either pay in full or choose Partial Payment, which includes a 25% deposit, then billing out the remaining balance on the 1st of the month each box will ship. 

CHOOSE THE PARTIAL PAY OPTION TO PAY 25% DOWN, AND THE REMAINDER WHEN THE PATTERN SHIPS.   ALL PARTIAL PAY ORDERS MUST HAVE EACH BOX ON IT'S OWN INDIVIDUAL ORDER.  IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS, ALL BOXES WILL BILL OUT ON THE FIRST SHIPMENT OF THE YEAR. 

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY IN FULL NOW, YOU CAN ORDER EVERYTHING ON ONE ORDER AND WE WILL PROCESS ACCORDING TO YOUR QUARTERLY SHIPMENT SCHEDULE. 

For the small boxes, the shipment dates are March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1, 2024.

Cancellation Policy:  If you would like to cancel your box program participation, a 25% service fee will be charged.  Please understand that the box club requires significant organization and pre-order of products that cannot be returned if you cannot sign up for your box. If you are not sure if you can make this commitment to the program, please consider simply purchasing the patterns outside of the box program and participating on your own terms. Thank you for understanding.

A pre-cutting option is available for $25.00 a kit.  In addition, a fabric bundle add-on for 1/4 yard, 1/2 yard, or 1 yard cuts of each fabric in the kit is also available.  If you need to change your address or contact information or payment method throughout the year, you must contact Quiltworx.com directly, at orders@quiltworx.com or by calling 406-393-2646 to update your information.  Simply changing it in your account will not change this information on your past orders.  

INTERNATIONAL USERS -
Before we ship your box each quarter, you will receive a payment request for the Shipping fee. Once paid, we will process your Box Shipment. This way, you can pay it Quarterly instead of all up-front.
