CHOOSE THE PARTIAL PAY OPTION TO PAY 25% DOWN, AND THE REMAINDER WHEN THE PATTERN SHIPS.   ALL PARTIAL PAY ORDERS MUST HAVE EACH BOX ON IT'S OWN INDIVIDUAL ORDER.  IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS, ALL BOXES WILL BILL OUT ON THE FIRST SHIPMENT OF THE YEAR. 

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY IN FULL NOW, YOU CAN ORDER EVERYTHING ON ONE ORDER AND WE WILL PROCESS ACCORDING TO YOUR QUARTERLY SHIPMENT SCHEDULE. 

For the small boxes, the shipment dates are March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1, 2025.

A pre-cutting option is available for $25.00 a kit and can be added on to this box (paid in full at the time of the order). 

In addition, backing and fabric bundle add-on options of 1/4 yard, 1/2 yard, or 1 yard cuts of each fabric in the kit are also available. You will find those under Non-Subscription Options.  They are listed separately so that Quarterly billing options are available for those as well. 

If you need to change your address or contact information or payment method throughout the year, you must contact Quiltworx.com directly, at orders@quiltworx.com or by calling 406-393-2646 to update your information.  Simply changing it in your account will not change this information on your past orders.  

INTERNATIONAL USERS -
Before we ship your box each quarter, you will receive a payment request for the Shipping fee. Once paid, we will process your Box Shipment. This way, you can pay it Quarterly instead of all up-front.
